Plot Summary:
A rather odd thing has just occurred in the life of nerdy high school student Peter Parker: after being bitten by a genetically modified spider, his body chemistry is altered mutagenically. He can now scale walls and ceilings, he has superhuman strength and super-fast reflexes, and he develops a precognitive sense that warns him of approaching danger. Adopting the name Spider-Man, Peter first uses his newfound powers to make money, but after his uncle is murdered at the hands of a criminal Peter failed to stop, he swears to use his powers to fight the evil that killed his uncle. A psychiatrist (Gere) has an affair with his patient’s sister (Basinger) who is married to a Greek mobster (Roberts). The mobster is a tyrant over his wife. The psychiatrist wants her to get a divorce, but she is afraid of what her husband would do. She has a medical condition that becomes apparent when she drinks. One night she drinks anyway and attacks her husband. The psychiatrist uses his professional pull to try and help her out of the consequences of her actions, but becomes uncertain if she is telling him the truth.

James Bond Adventure. A space shuttle is stolen enroute to London and M sends 007 out to apologize to the shuttle creator - billionaire Hugo Drax. While visiting Drax’s estate several attempts are made on Bond’s life, making Drax himself the number one suspect. Bond also meets Dr. Holly Goodhead, a NASA scientist who is also a CIA agent investigating Drax. Their investigations lead Bond to discover a plot to murder the world’s population so that Drax can repopulate the planet in his image. The chase takes Bond all over the world - California, Brazil, the Amazon Jungle and, finally, to Drax’s huge space-city over the Earth. Drax, meanwhile, has hired a old friend of Bond to take care of any problems - the steel-toothed killer Jaws……

Plot Summary:
